At KynBag, we are committed to providing you with an exceptional shopping experience. Our returns and exchanges policy is designed to ensure your complete satisfaction with every luxury purchase.
30-Day Return Policy
Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed after your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
- Unused Condition: Products must be unused and free from any human damage
- Original State: Items must remain in the same condition as when received
- Complete Packaging: Must retain original packaging, including gift boxes
- All Accessories: All accessories, dust bags, care cards, etc. must be complete
Important Reminder
If some items are damaged, such as the bag gift box, the bag itself, metal accessories, etc., it cannot be returned.
Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Products with obvious signs of use
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing pieces/parts, for reasons beyond KynBag control
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days. If you have not yet taken possession of the goods, we will refund the amount once you have taken possession of the goods.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Often there is a processing period before a refund is posted. If you've done all this and still haven't received your refund, contact us via WhatsApp.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you would like to exchange for the same item, contact us via WhatsApp for approval.
If you receive approval, please send the item to the designated return address.
